A little over a year ago we enjoyed lovely views like this. Unfortunately, all the snow melted a day or two before Christmas!

Christmas Flowers

I spotted this blossoming cherry tree a couple of days ago here in London. It was quite a strange sight amongst all the Christmas decorations.... We've had a very mild autumn so far with an exception of a brief cold snap in October, so if this becomes a norm with the global warming, blossoming cherry trees might become a familiar sight around Christmas time.
